Assistant Manager - Projects

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team and support the management of our high-rise construction projects. The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Manager and be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of projects, maintaining high standards of quality, and adhering to HSE protocols. • Assist the Project Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of high-rise construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and implement quality control measures.
• Monitor and manage project timelines, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
• Coordinate with various teams, including engineering, architecture, and subcontractors, to ensure effective collaboration.
• Conduct regular site inspections and provide progress reports to the management team.
• Manage and mitigate project risks, identifying potential issues and implementing appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records, ensuring data integrity.
• Support the Project Manager in developing and implementing project plans and strategies.
• Foster a safe work environment by promoting HSE practices and conducting regular safety audits.

• BE Civil Qualification or equivalent degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10-15 years of experience in high-rise construction projects in the GCC region.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects independently.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good understanding of construction methodologies and best practices.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
