- Facilitate Quality Control Circles (QCC) based on Outgoing Quality Level (OQL) and top 5 defect data, and document any deviations in processes, products, or systems.
- Oversee product certification processes, including Module B and Module D, and serve as the company representative during certification and surveillance audits.
- Conduct supplier evaluations and performance assessments to ensure alignment with quality standards.
- Support the QMS team in preparation and participation for ISO, customer, social compliance, and technical audit.
- Utilize SAP (with hands-on experience in the Quality Module) to manage quality-related data, workflows, and reporting.
