Assistant Manager : Quality Assurance || TATA Star Bazaar Company: Trent Ltd Job Location: India Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 7 - 10 years Salary: 58,33383,333 a month Roles and Responsibilities Ensure quality control of staples, grocery items, fruits & vegetables, dairy products, bakery products, snacks, beverages, frozen foods, canned foods, packaged foods, and other FMCG products at source. Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of product quality. Develop and implement effective quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations. Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve supply chain efficiency. Analyze data from various sources (e.g., sensory evaluation) to identify trends and areas for improvement. Desired Candidate Profile 7-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance or related field (QC). Bachelor's degree in Agriculture (B.Sc), Food Technology (B.Tech), or equivalent qualification. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (FSSAI) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Proficiency in auditing, controlling, inspection, quality control, quality management, regulatory affairs.
