Assistant Manager Quality Control

Requirements:

Qualification: BE (Chemical Engineering)

Experience: 4 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure product quality compliance through incoming, in-process, and final inspections, while identifying improvement opportunities to reduce defects and inspection failures.
• Lead and support quality inspection teams in resolving quality issues, conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Coordinate regulatory and product testing programs (REACH, Prop 65, and other required certifications).
• Manage and facilitate successful completion of third-party audits by collaborating with plant teams and ensuring timely closure of audit findings and corrective actions.
• Plan and execute ISO 9001 internal and follow-up audits, maintain certification documentation and records, manage document control processes, and ensure ongoing compliance with quality management system requirements.
