Assistant Manager Quality

The Assistant Manager Quality plays a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the quality standards of Digitide Solutions Limited. This role involves developing and implementing robust quality assurance frameworks, conducting regular audits, and analyzing quality metrics to identify areas for improvement. Additionally, the Assistant Manager Quality is responsible for designing and delivering training programs, conducting skill gap analyses, and maintaining training records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. They will also collaborate with stakeholders to update training content as processes evolve. This position reports to the Manager - Quality & Training and is integral to the Operations / Quality department's success.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance frameworks and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Monitor process adherence and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance.
  • Analyze quality metrics and identify areas for improvement, driving continuous enhancement.
  • Lead root cause analysis and develop corrective action plans for defects, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Design and deliver training programs for new hires and existing staff, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct skill gap analyses and create targeted learning interventions to address identified gaps.
  • Maintain training records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to update training content, keeping it aligned with evolving process changes.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and training effectiveness, providing regular reports to management.
  • Supervise a team of quality analysts and trainers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality management role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance frameworks, auditing processes, and root cause analysis techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs, with a focus on adult learning principles.
  • Proficiency in using quality management software and tools, as well as MS Office suite.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quality management and training.
