Assistant Manager, Reporting (SAP BI/BW)
Description
About the role
Provide ongoing support for the SAP BI system in relation to data modelling and monitoring. Ensure the SAP BI objects adhered to AIA standards.
Key responsibilities
Perform diagnosis, investigation and troubleshooting
Perform configuration changes and fixes to resolve incidents
Manage all assigned SNOW tickets pertaining to enquiries and incidents and deliver according to SLA target
Develop and update Change Scope Analysis (CSA) and documentation including Functional Specification Documentation (FSD)
Perform configuration and code changes with Unit Test including coordination with 3rd party where necessary
Prepare test scenarios and acceptance criteria
Perform Post Deployment Validation
Comply with GASC USC-Finance operational policy for moderate to complex SAP BI scenarios
Provide training for end users and support end users in system usage
Participate in project activities with mainly BI focus
About you
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Systems, Engineering or Business-related degree majoring in computing systems
More than 8 years of SAP BI experience
Experience with BW/4HANA landscape and Analysis for Office
Experience troubleshooting complex HANA Calculation View and ABAP Routine
SAP certification/training in SAP BI, BW/4HANA
Knowledge of SAP FICO and Treasury modules is an added advantage
