Assistant Manager - Restaurant & Bar

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily Restaurant, Bar and In-Room Dining operations.

• Ensure exceptional guest experience and adherence to Accor brand standards.

• Supervise, train and motivate the Food & Beverage Service team.

• Monitor food & beverage revenue, upselling and operational costs.

• Ensure accurate billing, inventory control and minimization of wastage.

• Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related concerns promptly.

• Maintain hygiene, food safety, HACCP and statutory compliance.

• Coordinate with Kitchen and other departments for seamless operations.

• Support F&B promotions, service quality initiatives and departmental profitability.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff, guests, and other departments.
• Experience: Relevant experience at similar Job profile
