Summary
Oversees hotel security operations, ensuring compliance with policies and laws while managing a team of security officers to meet guest and employee expectations at a Hyatt Regency property.
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Team Leader - Security is responsible to supervise closely all Security Officers in the performance of their duties in accordance with Hotel Policies & Procedures and applicable laws.
