We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support the Sales Manager in executing sales strategies and achieving team revenue targets. The ideal candidate will lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team KPIs while closely monitoring sales performance, lead generation, conversions, pipelines, and revenue. This role also involves building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and partnerships, and working closely with the Operations and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.
