Assistant Manager (Sea Export / Freight Forward) [2868]

Salary: $3500 - $4500
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Timing: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Working Location: Changi Logistics Centre (Loyang)

Job Scope:

• Co-ordinate all shipment operations with overseas offices and local contractors
• To keep customers and all parties promptly informed on shipment progress (collection, shipping date, arrival date, etc.)
• Handling and processing of all shipping documentation
• Customs declarations
• Data entry of shipment details, invoices, etc. into the in-house operations system
• Other related operational duties as required
• Report to Operations Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years working experience Export Sea Freight
• Knowledge of Sysfreight will be an added advantage.
