Job Summary
PM Executive coordinates projects end-to-end to improve patient safety, care quality, and operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Responsibilities
Define project scope, timelines, and manpower requirements collaboratively with stakeholders to align with healthcare objectives
Align project plans and execution with Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations and healthcare standards in Singapore
Coordinate effectively between clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure seamless integration of care delivery and project activities
Schedule and manage meetings, ensuring timely follow-ups on action items to maintain project momentum
Support regulatory compliance by assisting in audits, inspections, and accreditation processes, maintaining accurate documentation for reviews
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to identify and mitigate risks such as staffing shortages or operational disruptions
Maintain comprehensive project documentation including SOPs, workflows, care protocols, progress reports, and dashboards for management and regulatory reporting
Collect and analyze quality improvement data such as KPIs and incident reports to recommend actionable process enhancements
Liaise with medical suppliers, IT vendors, and contractors to ensure project deliverables meet healthcare standards
Support contingency planning and emergency preparedness to enhance operational resilience
Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by company management
Required competencies and certifications
Bachelor Degree or Diploma in a related discipline
At least 8 years of relevant work experience
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Communication and relationship management skills to foster collaboration across teams
Leadership skills to guide project teams and influence stakeholders
Understanding of healthcare operations and nursing workflows to ensure project relevance
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, especially local MOH requirements, to maintain compliance
Basic data analysis skills for quality improvement initiatives
Familiarity with healthcare systems such as EMR and incident reporting tools to support project execution
Attention to detail critical in patient care settings for accurate documentation and reporting
