Assistant Manager
Job Summary:
Working alongside or in the absence of the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager helps lead the overall supervision and operation of the store. You will focus on maintaining Auntie Anne’s "Three-Fold Philosophy" while maximizing store performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Making dough and rolling pretzels from scratch.
- Leading and managing daily shifts.
- Recruiting, training, and developing new team members.
- Ensuring 100% customer satisfaction and top product quality.
- Driving store performance and working toward sales goals.
- Maintaining safety, security, and cleanliness standards at all times.
- Managing stock, ordering, and inventory levels.
Requirements:
- Management experience in retail, restaurant, or a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Shift Lead
Job Summary:
The Shift Lead directs restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, guest service, and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepping, baking, and serving fresh pretzels and snacks.
- Greeting customers and accurately taking orders with a friendly attitude.
- Monitoring employee breaks, overtime, and tasks during your shift.
- Assisting with the training and coaching of new team members.
Requirement:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
