1. Strategy Development
- Design and implement collection/NPA sale strategies across different non legal and leverage stages
- Define rules for OA reassignment.
- Optimize collection flows to increase recovery while reducing costs
2. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze/ Monitor Collection strategy and NPL sale.
- Monitor KPIs such as:
- Recovery rate
- Legal SLA
- NPA sale
- Build dashboards and reports to track performance
3. Process Optimization
- Work with operations teams to improve collection / NPA sale efficiency and develop procedure
- Test new strategies (A/B testing, champion/challenger models)
