About the Role
Trelynx is seeking a dynamic and relationship-oriented Assistant Manager, Strategic Partnerships & Programme to develop and strengthen partnerships across the community, corporate, social service and public sectors. The role will support Trelynx in building a strong ecosystem of partners, developing meaningful programmes and creating opportunities that advance our social impact.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential partners, developing relationships, coordinating collaborative initiatives and supporting the planning and delivery of community programmes and engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, community organisations, social service agencies, schools, government agencies, foundations and other stakeholders.
Identify and develop new partnership opportunities that support Trelynx’s programmes, beneficiaries and social impact objectives.
Lead outreach and engagement with potential partners, including preparing proposals, presentations and partnership briefs.
Develop, coordinate and support programmes, community initiatives, collaborations and engagement activities.
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure programmes are well-planned, delivered effectively and aligned with Trelynx’s objectives.
Manage partnership communications, follow-ups, meetings and ongoing relationship development.
Support corporate social responsibility, volunteering and community engagement opportunities.
Assist with partnership funding, sponsorship and resource mobilisation initiatives.
Track partnership activities, outcomes and programme participation, and prepare reports and updates for management and stakeholders.
Represent Trelynx at meetings, networking sessions, community events and partner engagements.
Contribute ideas and initiatives that strengthen Trelynx’s visibility, partnerships and community impact.
Undertake other duties and projects related to partnerships, programmes and organisational development as required.
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Business, Social Sciences, Community Development, Communications, Social Work, Marketing, Programme Management or a related discipline.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in partnerships, stakeholder engagement, programme management, community development, business development or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
Good communication, presentation and writing skills.
Strong organisational and project coordination abilities, with good attention to detail.
Proactive, resourceful and comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively.
Able to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable engaging with corporates, community partners and public-sector stakeholders.
Passionate about social impact, community development and creating meaningful opportunities for beneficiaries.
Other Attributes
Candidates who demonstrate initiative, creativity, strong networking abilities and a genuine commitment to building inclusive communities will be highly valued.
Experience in the social service, charity, social enterprise, education, community or non-profit sectors will be an advantage.
