Assistant Manager
JOB OBJECTIVE:
The Assistant Manager supports safe, efficient, and profitable store operations in the Store Manager’s absence, with a strong focus on driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, supervising employees, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. Reporting to the Store Manager, This role is expected to lead by example with an upbeat, customer-focused approach, actively promote store products and services, build customer loyalty, maintain merchandising standards, and create a clean, welcoming, and sales-driven environment.
