Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition

Non-Tech Talent Acquisition - 2 - 6 Years:

We are looking for a Non-Tech Talent Acquisition professional with 2 - 6 years of experience in hiring across Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage mid-to-senior and leadership hiring across business functions.

- Experience managing executive search firms/agencies and internal hiring mandates.

- Partner closely with CXOs and senior leadership on critical hiring requirements.

- Own end-to-end hiring, including sourcing, stakeholder management, interview coordination, and offer closure.

- Drive daily hiring updates, pipelines, and recruitment metrics with CXO stakeholders.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive hiring skills.
