Assistant Manager - Technology.Digital - GTB Titan

At Mashreq Global Services, we are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our Digital - GTB Titan department. The primary focus of this role is to support the end-to-end delivery of solutions on the OBDX platform, specifically for Cash and Trade products. This role demands a unique blend of functional and technical expertise, as well as exceptional collaboration and communication skills. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of solutions, while also adhering to established delivery standards and best practices.

• Participate in solution design and requirement analysis for OBDX projects, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and test OBDX solutions, driving efficient and effective delivery.
• Provide production support for OBDX solutions, troubleshooting issues and ensuring system availability and performance.
• Support team members and coordinate project activities, fostering a collaborative and accountable work environment.
• Drive continuous process improvements, identifying and implementing initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, understanding their needs and translating them into technical requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, contributing to the innovation and modernization of OBDX solutions.
• Document and communicate project progress, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in banking and financial services.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Banking Digital Experience (OBDX) platform and its functionalities.
• Proven experience in solution design, requirement analysis, and implementation for banking applications.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of identifying and resolving complex issues.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and best practices is preferred.
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
