Job Title: Assistant Manager, Trade Development
Location: Abia & Imo states

PURPOSE

To manage and develop trade channels by driving sales performance, strengthening distributor relationships, and executing trade development strategies that maximize market penetration, revenue growth, and sales effectiveness across assigned territories.

REQUIREMENTS

* Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Possess strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Be proficient in leveraging data and sales insights to improve trade execution and business performance.
* HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or any related discipline.
* Minimum of three (3) years' relevant sales experience within the FMCG industry, preferably in redistribution sales.
