Assistant Manager Training
The Assistant Manager Training will play a crucial role in designing and executing training strategies to support the growth and development of our BPM team. This position requires a strong understanding of training methodologies and a passion for continuous learning and improvement. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs, create engaging training materials, and deliver effective training sessions.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement within the BPM team.
- Design and develop training programs, including creating training materials, exercises, and assessments.
- Deliver training sessions to BPM team members, ensuring an engaging and interactive learning environment.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback collection and analysis.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in training and development.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to incorporate their expertise into training content.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to BPM team members post-training, ensuring knowledge retention.
- Develop and maintain a training database to track and manage training records and progress.
- Create and implement a training calendar, ensuring timely delivery of training sessions.
- Measure and report on the impact of training initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Training and Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a training or instructional design role, preferably in a BPM or quality assurance environment.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
- Experience in creating and delivering training materials, including instructional design best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions regarding training strategies.
