Assistant Manager – Treasury Settlement

Responsibilities:

• Serve as checker function for treasury products settlement and ensuring all transactions are processed accurately, timely and fully compliant with internal controls;
• Oversee payment processing through SWIFT, RTGS, CMU and other settlement platforms;
• Ensure regulatory and internal reporting requirements are fulfilled;
• Liaise with Treasury Front & Middle Office, as well as counterparties, custodians and correspondent banks on settlement matters;
• Participate in new product implementation, system enhancement initiatives and UAT projects;
• Assist Team Head in strengthening internal controls and driving operational efficiency;
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder or above;
• At least 5 years of relevant Treasury Operations experience in banking industry;
• Familiar with operations of RTGS, SWIFT, CMU and Clearstream systems;
• Solid knowledge in treasury products, especially fixed income and derivatives;
• Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint and Excel Application;
• A strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese, especially Mandarin.
