Assistant Manager- UK Tax Law - CLM
Client & Delivery Skills
- Experience supporting and contributing to client design workshops
- Ability to deliver client demos showcasing CLM functionality
- Experience delivering or assisting with end-user training sessions
- Comfortable working directly with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
Experience & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and associated legal processes
- Minimum 6+ years’ experience in CLM implementation or configuration projects (preferably with Agiloft, Ironclad, or Leah)
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations
- Awareness of GenAI and agentic solutions
- Relevant CLM certifications are highly desirable

- Configuration design documents
- Test scripts and cases
