Job Description

• Manage end-to-end matriculation processes for graduate programmes, including scheduling, deferred admission, communication materials, system set-up, student record transfer and coordination of student digital ID provisioning.

• Review and resolve discrepancies in graduate student records or matriculation status, working closely with the Admissions Office, Schools and relevant stakeholders to support timely registration and accurate enrolment confirmation.

• Oversee undergraduate credit transfer and course exemption processes, including application systems and windows, policy guidance to Schools, case review, and coordination with support staff on approved record updates.

• Manage the undergraduate change of programme exercise, including timelines, application processes, communications, system parameters, case follow-up and coordination of updates to programme and candidature records.

• Review appeal and exception cases, prepare case write-ups, coordinate the necessary approvals, and prepare statistics or information required for reporting and decision-making.

• Support Student Management System development and enhancement work, process improvements and OAS/University-level projects as assigned, including reviewing business specifications, preparing test scenarios, assisting with system testing and coordinating with stakeholders where required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in academic services, student services or related administrative functions, preferably in tertiary education.

• Good organisational skills and attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and information.

• Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills to engage Schools, internal teams and relevant stakeholders.

• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain operational or policy requirements clearly.

• Customer-oriented mindset, with a commitment to responsive and high-quality service.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; exposure to academic systems, student management systems, curriculum administration or data/reporting tools such as Denodo is an advantage.

Salary: $4800 - $5650/Month
