What Success Looks Like:Your Impact

Working knowledge of the general operation of gasoline, diesel, and electric-powered equipment, the proper methods of servicing golf course equipment, and the repair and adjustment of power mowing equipment.
Ability to change oil, hydraulic fluid, and all necessary filter and fluids in a variety of golf course and agricultural equipment.
Tire repair and maintenance experience, with the ability to occasionally maneuver heavy tractor and loader tires.
Assist in maintaining a clean and well-organized parts inventory room and work area.
Knowledge of golf course equipment and their operations and some heavy equipment operation is a plus. Training will be provided if needed.
Assisting in daily inspection and set-up of golf course maintenance equipment.
Conduct routine equipment inspections to identify maintenance needs before and after use.
Help ensure golf course maintenance equipment is serviced, fueled, and ready for daily operations.
Respond to equipment breakdowns and assist with repairs to minimize operational disruptions.
Coordinate with golf course maintenance staff to identify equipment concerns and communicate repair needs.

What You Bring

Applicants with little or no experience will be considered, given the candidate has the desire to pursue a career in equipment repair and maintenance.
Knowledge of the game of golf and an understanding of how job performance affects playing conditions on the course desired
Strong emphasis on safety and attention to detail
Ability to adapt to seasonal priorities and changing weather conditions.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Commitment to providing a welcoming, attractive, and well-maintained environment for club members and guests.
