Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining the MAS Activewear team as an Assistant - Merchandising based at Nawala. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to work in collaboration with Merchandisers and cross functional teams to Support the merchandising and supply chain process to ensure production occurs as per agreed timelines, by negotiating, coordinating with internal / external stakeholders and final buyer to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and garments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Track and update daily sample input and output records, ensuring each operator's achievements are accurately monitored.
  • Produce detailed downtime reports and regularly update them to support informed management decisions.
  • Generate precise weekly re-cut and downtime reports to maintain accuracy in operator performance evaluations.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as required, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to the role.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Graduates or Completed Diploma in Marketing, Merchandising, SLIM, CIM, Business Management, or a related field, demonstrating a commitment to professional growth
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office package; especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge in SAP or any ERP system knowledge.
  • Apparel industry experience of 12 years will be advantage
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and provide insights.
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
