Position Overview
The Assistant Mobile Clinic Manager – Healthcare Services supports the daily operations of our mobile dental clinics, helping ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care delivery.
This role serves as a key operational partner to the Mobile Clinic Manager and works closely with clinical staff, patients, caregivers, and facility partners. Responsibilities include transportation, clinic setup and breakdown, patient support, documentation assistance, infection control, inventory management, and maintaining compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

What You'll Do
Mobile Clinic Operations
- Assist with the daily setup, operation, and breakdown of mobile dental clinic equipment and supplies
- Support efficient patient flow and clinic operations throughout the day
- Ensure clinic equipment, treatment areas, and supplies are properly maintained and organized
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients and staff
Transportation & Logistics
- Safely operate company vehicles and transport mobile dental clinic trailers
- Travel extensively throughout assigned service regions
- Assist with patient transportation when needed while ensuring safety and comfort
- Monitor and report vehicle, trailer, and equipment maintenance needs
Patient Care Support
- Assist with patient intake, coordination, and scheduling support
- Support clinical staff with documentation and operational tasks
- Provide chairside and patient support as directed
- Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, families, caregivers, and facility partners
Compliance & Quality
- Assist with cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization of instruments and equipment
- Follow established infection prevention and safety protocols
- Support compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other applicable healthcare regulations
- Maintain accurate records and operational documentation
Administrative Support
- Assist with inventory tracking and supply management
- Complete assigned operational and administrative responsibilities
- Support the Mobile Clinic Manager in maintaining efficient day-to-day clinic operations
Travel Requirements
