Enterprise Workplace Dining & Events
About Us

We partner with leading companies to deliver elevated daily dining and hospitality experiences, using seasonal ingredients and thoughtful operations to create consistent, high-quality service at scale.

Our menus reflect this attention to bringing nutritious, delicious food to those who need it most.
Position Overview
The Assistant Multi-Site Manager is a hands-on operator who supports a portfolio of enterprise dining sites and events. You will learn our operation from the commissary out, then take ownership of daily service standards, team training, and scheduling across your sites. This is a role for a floor leader who builds routines, coaches in the moment, and holds a standard without raising their voice.
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Leads by example and builds team routines that hold up when they are not in the room
- Trains and develops hourly staff, including new hires and staff who need coaching
- Builds consistent schedules and keeps every shift covered
- Communicates clearly and proactively with clients, staff, and leadership
- Wants to learn every piece of an operation before directing it
Responsibilities
Site Operations & Service Standards (35%)
Run consistent, high-quality daily service across assigned sites.
- Support the Multi-Site Manager in daily operations across a portfolio of enterprise dining sites, with direct ownership of one to two sites by month six
- Own service routines: setup, transitions between meal periods, replenishment, breakdown, and cleanliness standards
- Walk sites daily, identify gaps against our standard, and correct them in the moment
- Own the onsite response when something goes wrong: an 86'd item, a late delivery, a short shift
- Act as onsite point of contact for the client on service days
Team Training & Development (25%)
Set every team member up to succeed.
- Deliver onboarding and role-specific training for onsite and event staff on service standards, food safety, and procedures
- Maintain training materials, checklists, and site routines, and build them where they do not exist
- Pair new hires with senior staff and track ramp-up through their first 30 days
- Coach staff in the moment and hold growth conversations with team members who are ready for more
- Escalate performance issues to the Multi-Site Manager with a clear account of what was tried
Scheduling & Coverage (20%)
Keep every site and event covered.
- Build and manage weekly schedules for onsite staff, prioritizing consistency for staff who work multiple jobs
- Fill call-outs and last-minute gaps across sites and events
- Coordinate event staffing with the Staffing Manager, pulling from the bench and matching staff to the right sites
- Track hours and availability and flag labor variances against plan
Client & Guest Experience (10%)
Keep clients and guests confident in the service.
- Communicate proactively with client contacts on menu changes, service timing, and issues
- Gather guest feedback, spot trends, and bring them to the Multi-Site Manager and culinary team
- Handle service recovery within defined guidelines
Reporting & Coordination (10%)
Keep the operation visible.
- Complete daily site reports, incident notes, and training completion records
- Track site-level metrics including waste, labor hours, and guest counts
- Partner with commissary, delivery, and account teams on daily coordination
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in restaurant, catering, or events operations, including 2+ years leading hourly FOH or BOH teams
- Experience building and managing staff schedules
- Experience training staff and building or maintaining service standards and procedures
- Direct client-facing experience in catering or events
- NYC food service experience and a current NYC Food Protection Certificate, or ability to obtain within 60 days
- Comfortable with scheduling tools and Google Workspace
