- Lead and empower nursing teams by directing daily operations, conducting evaluations, and mentoring staff to foster a high-performing, supportive clinical environment.
- Optimize daily patient access and care quality by assessing patient needs in real time and ensuring clinical objectives translate into exceptional bedside outcomes.
- Streamline clinical workflows through strategic task delegation, continuously monitoring staff proficiencies to maximize both team strengths and operational efficiency.
- Drive quality improvement and safety by auditing clinical processes and collaborating with leadership to develop innovative, patient-first standards of care.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Education:
- Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
