Assistant Nursing Manager Inpatient Adult Psych

• Department: Adult Inpatient Psych
• Schedule: PMs l Full-time

• Design the future of care by developing and implementing unit-specific policies and quality monitoring systems that guarantee both safety and operational efficiency.
• Champion the patient and provider experience by balancing budgetary goals with the needs of your staff and physicians to ensure a high level of satisfaction across the entire care continuum.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience
  required.

Additional Preferences:

• PMs 3-11 with weekend rotation
