Position Summary
The Assistant Nurse Manager is a registered nurse who, using critical thinking skills, coordinates the clinical activities within the unit and service line as needed and collaborates with other members of the health care team. She/he directly and indirectly supervises the care rendered by all service line staff.

Minimum Requirements
- Education: Associate Degree
- Experience: 2-3 yrs RN experience in Medical/Surgical
- License: REGISTERED NURSE
- Certifications: BLS & ACLS (AMERICAN HEART ASSN)
Preferred Requirements
- Education: BSN
