Assistant Nursing Officer of Emergency Medicine/ Ambulance Service

The Assistant Nursing Officer for Emergency Medicine/ Ambulance Service is a key member of the hospital clinical team. He / She delivers safe, competent, individualized patient centered holistic care to an optimum level, by utilizing nursing process. Is part of the clinical team who attends to patients with critical conditions, assist physicians and provide support to the patients family.

Education and Experience profile

• Diploma in General Nursing or Diploma in Comprehensive Nursing from a recognized Institution essential
• Must be registered and licenced by the Uganda Nursing and Midwifery Council
• Post Graduate Diploma in Trauma Nursing and/or Midwifery preferred.
• At least three (3) years of experience in big hospitals (at least RRH or private facilities), in Uganda.
• At least 1 (one) year of experience in area of specialty.
