Founded by Dr. Jeff Nguyen, a second-generation dentist with deep Dallas roots, our practice delivers full-scope restorative, cosmetic, implant, and Invisalign care anchored by our full-time provider Dr. Lindawatti Hermawan, with Dr. Nguyen rotating through weekly and specialty coverage including oral surgery on a monthly basis. Ours is a practice where patients name our front desk staff by name in their reviews.

We're growing and looking for an experienced Assistant Office Manager who is operationally sharp, insurance-savvy, and ready to step into a leadership role with a clear path forward.

The Schedule

This is an extended-hours practice serving East Dallas. Here's what the week looks like:

• Alternating Mondays: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  
• Tuesday / Wednesday: Extended hours, shift options of 9:00 AM-6:00 PM or 10:00 AM-7:00 PM
  
• Thursday / Friday: 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM
  
• Saturdays: 1-3 per month, 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Requirements

• 5+ years of dental front office or coordinator experience is required
  
• Open Dental experience is preferred
  
• Strong knowledge of insurance, claims, and treatment planning
  
• Understanding of KPIs and how they impact office performance
  
• Proven leadership ability or strong desire to grow into it
  
• Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills
  
• Results-driven, goal-oriented, and highly organized
  
• Flexible availability, this role requires morning, evening, and occasional Saturday coverage
  
• Long-term thinker who wants to grow with the practice
  

Preferred:

• Experience in a PPO or multi-provider environment
  
• Familiarity with extended-hours dental practice operations
