Assistant Operation Manager
Job Description:
- Interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling and managing employees
- Resolving customer complaints regarding food quality and service and making sure the business complies with health and food safety regulations.
- To supervise and co-ordinate daily operation of outlets
- Oversee and maintain records for inventory, including food and beverages, supplies and other restaurant equipment.
- Achieve maximum profitability and overall success by controlling costs and quality of service.
Job Requirement:
- Passion in F&B industry, pleasant personality with a good service attitude
- Must be able to work on weekend and public holiday
- Willing to learn and adapt to a fast pace environment
