The Role
We are looking for highly driven Assistant Operations Managers / City Managers who can help scale city operations across fulfillment, procurement coordination, customer deliveries, and store operations.
This role is ideal for someone from:
- Quick commerce
- E-commerce
- Hyperlocal delivery
- Consumer operations
- Supply chain-heavy businesses
You will work closely with central operations and founders to improve execution, solve operational bottlenecks, and build highly reliable city-level operations.
This is a high-ownership role for people who enjoy solving problems on the ground and building systems in fast-growing environments.
What You’ll Own
- Manage day-to-day city operations across deliveries, fulfillment, and store coordination
- Ensure smooth execution between procurement, warehouse, and customer delivery teams
- Improve turnaround times and customer experience metrics
- Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders
- Build operational discipline and process adherence across teams
- Track operational KPIs and identify improvement opportunities
- Solve on-ground operational issues quickly and efficiently
- Support city expansion and operational scale-up initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 0-1 year of experience in operations, supply chain, fulfillment, or city operations
- Strong preference for candidates from:
- Q-commerce
- E-commerce
- Hyperlocal delivery businesses
- Consumer internet or retail operations
- Strong execution and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable managing fast-paced operations environments
- High ownership mindset with bias for action
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workflows simultaneously
- Team handling experience preferred
