The Assistant Operations Manager - Front Office supports the seamless operation of the Front Office and Guest Services departments, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient day-to-day operations. This role partners with hotel leadership to uphold service standards, foster colleague engagement, and maintain a positive and productive work environment. The position provides hands-on leadership during peak business periods, serves as a resource for Front Office and Guest Services colleagues, and supports operational oversight throughout the hotel. Key responsibilities include coaching and developing team members, coordinating training initiatives, assisting with scheduling, monitoring service delivery, and addressing guest and operational needs in a timely manner. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills, with a commitment to guest satisfaction, team development, and operational excellence.
