Assistant Operations Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS

• Manage all banquets and outdoor catering events.
• Responsible for the smooth and efficient operations of the department.
• Oversee all aspects of banquets and events including set-ups, serving and clean-up.
• Assist in the overall manpower planning for department and review their performance.
• Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Maintain good communication and work relationships with external customers and suppliers.
• Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food & service quality.

REQUIREMENTS

· Minimum Diploma in F&B Services Management, Hospitality, or equivalent.

· At least 3-5 years of working experience in a similar capacity.

· Able to work on weekends & public holidays.

· Possess good leadership skills.

· Possess customer-oriented mindset and have an analytical mind and problem solving skills.

· Team player with good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

· Able to work well under pressure and to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
