Assistant Operations Manager (Part-Time)

This rapidly growing company seeks enthusiastic and reliable Assistant Manager to work in one of our client’s sites. Schedule: Part-time, 20 hours per week

Job tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Work directly with Operations Manager to oversee a team of cleaners at various onsite client locations.
• Evaluate, coordinate, and assign cleaning tasks to team members based on need and skill level.
• Inspect all work performed to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations.
• Act as primary onsite point-of-contact for cleaning team for any questions, concerns, or disputes they may have.
• Promptly respond to any customer inquiries and take action as soon as possible.
• Ensure proper inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Participate in recruitment, hiring, on-boarding, and training of new employees.
• Ensure efficiency of work and make adjustments as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
