Assistant or Associate Professor of Accounting

Job Summary

A full-time Assistant or Associate Professor level position in Accounting, beginning in August 2027. The faculty member will teach in the Department of Business in the Roeser College of Business and Innovation.

Primary Responsibilities

• Teach a full course-load in undergraduate accounting including Cost Accounting, Intermediate Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Individual and Corporate Tax Accounting, and Auditing
• Assist Advisees in registering for courses and serve on committees as assigned.
• Provide ongoing consultation to the Registrar’s Office regarding student placement and course transfer equivalencies.
• Maintain ongoing assessment of the Business major and of the service courses in accounting in consultation with other disciplinary areas and the General Education program.
