Assistant Outlet Manager （副店长）

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the supervision of Baristas
• Maintain a set standard of quality, service, product, and cleanliness
• Enforce standard operating procedures
• Maintain a profitable and reputable outlet

Requirements

• Minimum O Level / N Level /ITE
• Minimum 2 years of managerial F&B experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
• Able to commit to 5 days work week
• Must work both weekends and all public holidays
