The Role

As Assistant Outlet Manager, you support the Outlet Manager and step in when needed. You lead by example on the floor, look after the team, and keep every service running the LPM way.

What you'll do

• Support daily operations and lead the floor

• Coach and support the service team

• Look after guests and handle requests

• Help with stock, ordering and cash procedures

• Support training and standards

• Step up in the Outlet Manager's absence

What you need

• Supervisory or assistant management experience in hospitality

• A natural leader who supports the team

• Guest focused and detail minded

• Calm under pressure

• Fluent English
