• Experience: 3-5 years
• Oversee employee salary payments, benefit deductions, tax withholdings, and garnishments to ensure accurate and timely bi-weekly payroll processing.
• Collaborate with Human Resources, employees, and external vendors to ensure payroll accuracy and resolve pay-related inquiries.
• Manage and provide guidance to employees regarding expense reimbursement payments and related processes.
• Lead the preparation and delivery of payroll-related reports and metrics for management.
• Support internal and external audits while identifying opportunities to improve payroll processes, controls, and operational efficiency.
