Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the Service Logistic daily operation functions well, manage inventory timely and accurately.
  • Responsible for the procurement, sourcing and allocation of spare parts inventory.
  • Monitor movement of spare parts to ensure timely spare parts availability. Maintain accuracy of inventory.
  • Prepare and get approval for parts purchase and invoicing duties afterward.
  • Liaise with customers/vendors/authorized service providers on the pricing and stock availability.
  • Processing finished goods transfer in system.
  • Provide timely administrative support to the manager.
  • Analyze stock status and trend to better control inventory to minimize aging and excess stock and yet sufficient parts for servicing.
  • Meet stipulated KPIs for inventory management such as inventory value, high value items, aging stock, excess stock, just in time stock, minimize hold for parts etc.
  • Analyze stock/inventory data and prepare reports.
  • Proactive in reviewing aging and excess inventory and clear these inventory to minimize loss.
  • Process incoming and outgoing parts shipments include packing, unpacking, checking parts, preparing shipment documents, system transactions etc.
  • Ensure logistic team daily operation function well for the following:
    - Receive goods timely, check goods condition and stock in for use.
    - Send defective parts timely for RMA with proper packing.
    - Process part sale order with timely shipment.
    - Process regional ASPs RMA request and shipment.
    - Issue parts and receive parts.
    - Maintain and housekeep the Store neatly, housekeep all the designated storage area and bin creation/arrangement/re-arrangement for easy location of parts.
    - Carry out the CSS related stock transactions timely and accurately.

Job Requirements

Relevant experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in related field, preferably PC or electronics-related industry.
  • Familiar with shipping, supply chain is an added advantage.
  • O’level and above. Diploma holder with at least 3 years’ experience may apply for Planner position.
  • Special competence required – good interpersonal skills, customer oriented, good organizational and time management skills.
