Assistant Product Manager, Mobile Business

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market, user, and competitive analysis; assist in product planning, prototyping, and business process design

• For the consumer market, participate in the feature design of SIM/eSIM, international data, and Token integrated products, including unified account system design, AI directed traffic policy design, Token plan design, etc

• For the AIoT market, support the design of IoT data + Token converged products for global smart hardware deployment, including converged billing (data + Token), unified management of SIM cards and API keys, etc

• Manage the full product lifecycle; assist in formulating pricing, operation, and promotion strategies; help refine product specifications and operational workflows; and maintain a knowledge base to support scalable product operations

• Liaise with network and IT teams, follow up on development, testing, and acceptance, and coordinate the resolution of requirement and technical issues throughout the process

• Stay abreast of industry trends in eSIM, international data, AI applications, AI IoT integration, etc.; leverage user feedback and data analysis to drive continuous improvement in product features and user experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Management, Product Management, or related field

• Minimum 1 year experience in product management, project management, business operations, or a related role

• Prior experience in telecommunications, AI, or IoT is a plus

• Solid understanding of the telecom carrier industry, with fundamental knowledge of mobile communication networks, international roaming, or IoT

• Good awareness of AI products; understand the basic capabilities and application scenarios of large language models and AI Agents

• Good understanding of AI solutions, familiar with core concepts of AI, LLMs, and Tokens

• Strong communication, coordination, logical analysis, and project execution skills; adaptable to cross team, fast paced, and high pressure working environments

• Proficient in English as a working language, capable of reading overseas industry materials and communicating with international teams
