Job Description:

• Manufacture silver paste by operating specialized machine

• Maintain and monitor the technical device to ensure it is functioning properly

• Understand the operation of the machine

• Conduct periodic quality checks

• Ensure adequate materials and supplies are available to complete the required operation

• Analyze machine operations and output if applicable

• Adjust machine as needed for changeovers, different functions, or other varying needs of production

• Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.

• Provide manufacturing engineering information when requested

• Maintain products and company’s reputation by complying with government regulations

• Keep equipment operational by coordinating maintenance according to manufacturer’s instructions and established procedures

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

• Support to R&D teams through different types of analysis and assess

• Inspect silver adhesive material, collect and compile statistical quality data

• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system

• Develop, recommend and perform corrective and preventive actions

• Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities

• Responsible for document management systems.

• Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements

• Follow ISO9001 quality system and support ISO45001 certification.

• Improve and support Singapore & Japan production line move to new product introduction by coordinating quality, materials, tools, production line layouts.

• Performs other duties as required.

• Provide manufacturing support for Silver paste products to Global (USA, Euro, Asia) customers.\
  

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Chemical Engineering

• Self-motivated, energetic, and able to drive the pace.

• Ability to build relationships and communicate at all levels.

• Team player and able to work on own initiative.

• Communication skills - verbal and written

• Data collection and analysis

• Problem analysis and problem-solving

• Customer service orientation
