Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily production operations to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations

• Monitor production performance, process efficiency, product quality, and operational KPIs

• Coordinate manpower planning, production scheduling, and machine utilization to meet production targets

• Work closely with maintenance, warehouse, and utilities teams to minimize downtime and operational disruptions

• Support troubleshooting, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives within the plant

• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSC22000, workplace safety, and food quality standards

• Investigate production deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions

• Lead and supervise production operators, technicians, and shift personnel
  

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Manufacturing, or related discipline

• Minimum 5 years of production experience in edible oil, food manufacturing, FMCG, refinery, chemical, or process plant environment
