Responsibilities

Supervise all activities in production operations
Plan work schedules for operators and organize accordingly
Conduct production meetings to highlight all production problems
Troubleshoot and adjust machine to meet quality requirements
Monitor and check on parts produced to ensure acceptable conditions
Prepare report on production stoppage due to machine, mold, and equipment breakdowns
Monitor cycle times and adjust accordingly to meet target
Analyze and implement solution on problems pertaining to the quality of parts
Check in process production and monitoring report and record in Injection plastic daily report
Endorse production update to the next shift supervisor
Coordinate with QC/QA regarding quality problems
Perform other tasks assigned by superior to achieve department objective

Requirements
ITE or Diploma holder
Minimum 2 years experience in Plastics Manufacturing Firm
Knowledge of MS Office and reading mold drawings
