Job Responsibilities

• Support daily production planning to ensure smooth manufacturing operations and on-time delivery.

• Prepare and update production schedules based on customer demand and production capacity.

• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure material availability.

• Monitor inventory levels and support material planning to prevent shortages or excess stock.

• Track production progress and follow up on scheduling or delivery issues.

• Maintain accurate planning data and update ERP/MRP systems.

• Prepare production reports, forecasts, and planning analysis.

• Work with cross-functional teams to improve production planning and operational efficiency.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

• Positive attitude, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
