Lake Erie College, a small, co-educational, four-year, independent liberal arts college located in Painesville, OH, 30 miles east of Cleveland, invites applications for the full-time, tenure-track position of Assistant Professor of Business Administration.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Teaches courses at the undergraduate level across the school of business curriculum with an emphasis on lower-level courses.
- Teaches additional business-related courses in areas of qualification and interest.
- Aids in the development of curriculum to expand School of Business offerings.
- Participates in department-level planning and development activities.
- Develops professional networks, including community and institutional relationships, to form partnerships and enhance internship and experiential learning opportunities for students as well as potential job opportunities.
- Provides academic and career advising of students.
- Provides instruction at the undergraduate level using collaborative, instructional technology, and innovative methods.
- Provides assessment of students and supports College assessment needs.
- Continues expanding knowledge base with continued professional development.
- Provides general service to the College, including college and faculty committee assignments.
