Assistant Professor of Instruction, School of Medicine Physician Assistant Studies

JOB DESCRIPTION\:
Teaching and participation in all aspects of curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation.
The faculty will teach and mentor students throughout the didactic and clinical curriculum.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS\:
Responsibilities also include scholarly activity, advising students, serving on school and university committees, and other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\:

• Master's or higher degree from an accredited institution
• PA candidate must have current NCCPA certification and be a licensed PA in the state of Texas or eligible for license in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\:

• Doctoral Degree
• Five years of clinical experience

SALARY\:
Commensurate with experience
