We are currently seeking an Assistant Program Director to help lead our Mobile Crisis Intervention (MCI) program within our Emergency Services division, driving operational excellence and clinical quality across all MCI sites.

What You Will Do:
- Ensure program goals and objectives are achieved by maintaining compliance with performance specifications and internal performance metrics
- Support the oversight, implementation, and delivery of high-quality community-based mobile crisis intervention services
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to enhance program effectiveness using data, individual served feedback, and goal attainment, making recommendations to improve overall performance
- Oversee the triage process and provide direct supervision to triage clinicians to ensure efficient and clinically appropriate decision-making
- Communicate resource needs to appropriate administrators to ensure the team has the tools necessary to accomplish program tasks
- Collaborate effectively with BHN leadership to support program operations, performance goals, and organizational initiatives
- Work collaboratively with external providers and payers to support service coordination and successful completion of team objectives
- Provide on-call or on-shift coverage and/or consultation as needed to support clinical and operational decision-making
- Deliver training on BHN mobile crisis services, systems, and procedures to frequent users of crisis services to enhance understanding and ease of access
- Assist in training new staff and interns to ensure consistent onboarding and development
- Attend management meetings and occasionally co-lead staff meetings to support communication, coordination, and program operations
- Participate in the hiring and training of new staff as part of building and maintaining a qualified team
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field required
- 2 years of previous supervisory experience required
- 5 years of experience in the crisis mental health field required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to provide solution-focused, strengths-based treatment and connect individuals to appropriate community resources
- Skilled in conflict resolution, analysis/problem solving, and customer service
- Proficient with agency computer software and communication systems

Salary Range: $55,000-$65,000
