WCMHS Sunrise Wellness Center is seeking a full-time Assistant Program Manager who is or is willing to become a Certified Peer Specialist, to work in a dynamic environment. This individual will work with individuals and groups within Sunrise Wellness Center, the community and people served homes. The focus of the Assistant Program Manager will be guiding and supporting individuals on their journeys of recovery, program development, and supervision of staff
Summary of Duties
- Develop and implement programs at the Sunrise Wellness Center working collaboratively with individuals on their personal journeys
- Must be a certified Peer Specialist or willing to become a certified Peer Specialist
- Lead groups which include but are not limited to activities of daily living, emotional and physical resilience, community connections and workforce development
- Provide support to individuals who struggle with homelessness, symptom management and substance use
- Must be able to complete and stay up to date on all required documentation
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds, assist with gardening and chicken care
- Must be able to drive agency vehicles with multiple passengers

The pay range for this position is $28.67 - $30.13 per hour.
